Shipping to U.S. only at this time.

Flat rate shipping cost for all U.S. Orders
All orders, domestic and international, ship via USPS. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Any merchandise received outside of the 30 day return window will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

 

To return: Mail the item back to O Grave Design Co, with your order number and reason for your return. Upon inspection, credit will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment and will include any taxes paid. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. 

 

To exchange: Mail the item back to O Grave Design Co, with your order number and reason for your return as well as how the purchase can be corrected (size change, color change). If the requested exchange is not available we will contact you for an alternative item or return your purchase per the Return Policy.
